Leave a name and a number. The front desk calls you back the same weekday to offer a time.

Each of these is its own visit. A school form does not get tacked onto a fever call.

Checkups for children and adults, with time set aside to talk through what changed since last year.

Colds, fevers, rashes, and the other reasons a household calls before the weekend.

Follow-up for blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and other conditions managed in primary care.

Routine vaccines for children and adults, including school and travel forms.

Physicals and paperwork scheduled as their own visit, not squeezed onto a sick call.

Well-child checks from the first weeks through the teenage years.

The exam room is quiet. The desk picks up the phone.

Tell the desk which card you carry when we call. If we cannot bill it, we will say so before you come in. Self-pay visits are scheduled the same way.

Sick visits are booked as sick visits. A physical keeps its own hour.
School and sports forms are a scheduled appointment, with the papers finished before you leave.
The desk calls you back the same weekday you reach out.
We name the plan we can bill before anyone drives over.
