Real estate web design in San Antonio

Buyers already have Zillow. What they don't have is a reason to work with you specifically — and a portal-style site that just mirrors the MLS gives them none.

Talk about your site
What the site has to do
01

Neighborhood pages are the actual product

Nobody searches for your name. They search for a neighborhood, a school zone, a price range. Real pages about the areas you know are where an agent site earns traffic that a listing feed never will.

02

Listings with the fields your market cares about

A generic listing template shows beds, baths, square feet. Your buyers may care about school attendance zones, lot size, casitas, flood zone, or HOA. A custom listings structure holds what actually matters here.

03

Lead capture that isn't a wall

Forcing registration before showing a single listing kills more leads than it captures. Give value first, ask second.

04

You, visibly, as the reason

Bio, track record, the areas you actually work, how you communicate. This is the part Zillow can't replicate and most agent sites underuse.

What we usually find

These are the issues we find most often in this industry. Every one is checkable on your own site in about ten minutes.

  • Site is a thin wrapper around an IDX feed with no original content
  • No neighborhood or school-zone pages
  • Registration wall before a visitor can see anything
  • Agent photo and bio buried on a secondary page
  • Listings that go stale because updating them is painful
  • No mobile optimization, when nearly all listing browsing is mobile

The Custom Build

A listings structure with fields specific to your market is custom development, not a template — and IDX integration needs real engineering.

Work that transfers

A listings site is a searchable directory with custom fields, and we've built two: Creatives In Texas filters 112 crafts across 12 cities with member profiles and paid tiers, and TheSlabbed handles per-item detail pages with certificate data and subscription billing. Swap the schema and it's listings. We haven't built for a brokerage specifically, so treat these as the structure rather than the finished thing.

Questions we hear

Can you connect my MLS or IDX feed?

Yes, subject to your MLS's rules and whichever IDX provider you use. That's a Custom Build — the integration work is real and we'd scope it honestly before quoting.

Do I own the content if I switch brokerages?

You own your site, your domain, and your content. That's true of every build we do.

Is a custom site worth it when Zillow exists?

Only if you use it for something Zillow doesn't do — neighborhood expertise, your own reputation, your own leads. If you just want a listing mirror, you don't need us.
