The problem

Thirteen years of pages, blog posts, and search rankings sat on a platform that couldn't be updated quickly or made fast. Any rebuild risked throwing away the traffic that took a decade to earn.

The strategy

We rebuilt thirteen years of credibility without throwing away what already worked.

How we approached it

Before redesigning anything, we inventoried the existing site, mapped every valuable route, and planned the redirect structure. Then we rebuilt the experience around the way buyers actually evaluate a production company: work first, clear expertise, recognizable proof, and an easy way to start.

What the business gained

The result is a faster 38-route site with dedicated services and Texas market pages, a migrated resource library, structured search data, and multiple lead paths—from a quick question to a guided project planner. The company’s history came forward into a modern system instead of being erased by it.

What we built

A full rebuild of a 20+ page video production site from legacy ASP.NET to Next.js — service pages, city pages, a resource library, and a custom project planner.

  • Complete rebuild from ASP.NET to Next.js
  • 20+ service, category, and production-type pages
  • City pages for San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston
  • Custom project planner that walks a client through a brief
  • Blog and resource library, fully migrated
  • 301 redirect map so no existing ranking was lost
  • Structured data, sitemap, and metadata across every route
  • Contact forms and DNS cutover with no downtime
Four decisions that shaped the build
01

Protect earned search equity

Legacy URLs were mapped into the new architecture so years of useful pages and inbound links kept working.

02

Let the work lead

Reels, campaign stories, recognized clients, and production proof appear before a visitor has to decode a service list.

03

Turn expertise into a library

Service pages, guides, production answers, city pages, and case studies now reinforce one another instead of living as isolated content.

04

Make the first step fit the buyer

Visitors can start with a full project planner, a short question, an email, or a phone call—without being forced through one funnel.
