Healthcare and dental web design in San Antonio

New patients are deciding three things fast: do you take my insurance, can I get in soon, and does this place look like somewhere I want a needle. Everything else on the site is secondary to those.

What the site has to do
01

Insurance answered before they call

"Do you take my plan" is the most common reason a prospective patient calls, and the most common reason they don't. Listing accepted plans plainly removes the biggest source of friction and the biggest source of wasted front-desk calls.

02

A clear new-patient path

New patients and existing patients want different things. Separate them at the top level so neither has to wade through the other's content.

03

Real photos of the real practice

Patients are trying to gauge whether your office is clean, modern, and staffed by people they'd trust. Stock dentistry photos actively hurt — everyone recognizes them.

04

Forms handled carefully

Anything collecting patient health information carries HIPAA obligations, and a standard web form is usually the wrong tool. We'll route intake through an appropriate system rather than pretending a contact form is compliant.

What we usually find

These are the issues we find most often in this industry. Every one is checkable on your own site in about ten minutes.

  • Insurance information missing or buried three clicks deep
  • Stock photography instead of the actual office and team
  • A generic contact form collecting symptoms or health details
  • No clear separation between new and existing patient paths
  • Appointment request with no confirmation, so patients call anyway
  • Hours and location inconsistent with the Google listing

The Frame

Service pages, provider bios, insurance information, and new-patient content exceed a five-page site quickly.

Work that transfers

Provider pages with structured data are the same build as per-service pages, and patient-facing intake is the same shape as the secure portal we built and run — authentication, permissions, document handling. Both are live and you can see them. We have no medical or dental client yet, and no HIPAA track record to claim; if your build needs it, we'll say so before you sign anything.

Questions we hear

Can patients fill out intake forms online?

Yes, but not through an ordinary web form. Patient health information needs a system built for it, and we'll route intake accordingly rather than putting you at risk.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

A marketing website that collects no health information generally isn't handling PHI at all. The moment it does, compliance becomes a real engineering and legal question — and we'd scope it with you rather than assume.

Can you integrate our scheduling software?

Usually, depending on what your practice management system exposes. We'd check before quoting.
